By accessing or using CryptoTipX (“the Platform”), crypto-tip.com, and associated TIPX token services, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. CryptoTipX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use indicates acceptance of any updates.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibility

You confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing from any sanctioned jurisdiction (OFAC, EU, UK, or other sanctions).
• You possess legal authority and capacity to accept these terms.
• You accept full responsibility for local legal compliance regarding cryptocurrency activities.

3. CryptoTipX Service & TIPX Token Use

CryptoTipX is a non-custodial platform facilitating decentralized tipping through NFC, QR, and mobile flows using TIPX tokens. TIPX tokens serve strictly as utility tokens for tipping, rewards, and internal platform usage. The platform integrates third-party licensed fiat providers and does not directly manage user funds or custody.

4. Accounts, Wallets & Security

• Users must securely maintain wallet private keys and login credentials.
  • CryptoTipX cannot recover lost private keys or credentials.
  • Users must report unauthorized wallet activity immediately.

5. Transactions, Fees & Financial Responsibility

• All transactions executed via CryptoTipX (on-chain/internal ledger) are irreversible and final.
  • Users are responsible for blockchain network fees, internal processing, and fiat transaction fees.
  • CryptoTipX clearly displays applicable service fees at transaction execution.
  • Supported cryptocurrencies may be added or removed without notice.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

• CryptoTipX retains full ownership of all proprietary code, branding, and platform design.
  • Users retain rights to their content but grant CryptoTipX permission for internal display and operational purposes.

7. Comprehensive Crypto Risk & Regulatory Disclaimer

• CryptoTipX provides no financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrencies including, but not limited to, market volatility, loss of value, regulatory risks, and technology failures.
  • Blockchain technology remains experimental; the Platform could face vulnerabilities, downtime, or unexpected errors. CryptoTipX bears no responsibility for resulting losses.
  • TIPX tokens are strictly utility tokens within the CryptoTipX ecosystem, not securities or investment instruments.
  • CryptoTipX explicitly disclaims responsibility for third-party services or platforms integrated into its operations.
  • CryptoTipX operates in a non-custodial manner, delegating all regulated financial activities (KYC, AML, fiat handling) to licensed third-party providers.
  • Regulatory changes could impact platform functionality; CryptoTipX cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

CryptoTipX, its affiliates, and team members will not be held liable for:
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, TIPX token fluctuations, or smart contract issues.
• Losses due to hacking, phishing, unauthorized access, or wallet management errors by users.
• Liability, if applicable, limited strictly to fees paid by the user in the previous twelve months.

9. User Indemnification

Users explicitly agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoTipX and its affiliates against any claims, legal actions, or liabilities arising from their:
• Violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of platform services.
• Legal disputes or actions involving third-party entities.
