Welcome to CryptoTipX (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a decentralized cryptocurrency tipping platform designed to empower users to send, receive, and manage digital tips using blockchain technology. By accessing or using CryptoTipX (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise interacting with CryptoTipX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (available at cryptotipx.com/privacy). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and CryptoTipX.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to cryptotipx.com/terms, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use CryptoTipX, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by law or regulation (such as U.S.-sanctioned countries). You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Description of the Service

CryptoTipX is a platform that enables users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips via blockchain networks. Key features include tipping functionality, wallet integration with external wallets (such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet), and decentralized transaction processing. Transactions occur peer-to-peer via smart contracts or direct wallet transfers. CryptoTipX does not custody user funds.

4. User Accounts and Wallet Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you may need to create an account or connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and private keys.

4.2 Wallet Security 
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. CryptoTipX does not store or have access to your private keys or funds. Loss of private keys or compromised wallets may result in irreversible loss of funds, for which CryptoTipX bears no liability.

4.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or funding illicit activities. You must not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service, its smart contracts, or associated blockchain networks. You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate tipping or rewards systems.

5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

5.1 Nature of Transactions 
All tips sent via CryptoTipX are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

5.2 Fees
Blockchain network fees (such as gas fees) apply to all transactions and are your responsibility. CryptoTipX may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of tipping, to support platform development.

5.3 Supported Cryptocurrencies 
CryptoTipX supports a range of cryptocurrencies, such as BTC, ETH, and BNB. Supported assets may change, and we are not obligated to support any specific cryptocurrency.

5.4 Risk Acknowledgment
Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. You assume all risks related to price fluctuations, network failures, or loss of funds due to user error or external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
CryptoTipX retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content).

6.2 License to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as tipping messages), but grant CryptoTipX a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Financial Advice
CryptoTipX does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All tipping decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.

7.2 Experimental Technology
The Service relies on blockchain technology, which is experimental and subject to bugs, hacks, or unforeseen issues. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.3 “As Is” Basis
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoTipX, its affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from blockchain network failures or forks, hacking, theft, or loss of funds, and errors in smart contracts or software.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoTipX, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the Service, or disputes with other users or third parties.

10. Termination

10.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet or closing your account.

10.2 By Us 
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if you breach these Terms, we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or we choose to discontinue the Service or any feature.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but these Terms’ surviving provisions (such as those related to liability and indemnification) remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law
